Aṛake offers question credit packs as one-time purchases (not subscriptions). This policy explains our approach to cancellations and refunds.

2. Digital Product Nature

Question credits are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once credits are used to generate AI answers, they cannot be recovered.

3. Refund Policy

Full Refund (Within 5 Days)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 5 days of purchase
  • No credits from the purchased pack have been used

No Refund

Refunds will be declined if:

  • Credits from the pack have been used
  • The request is made after 5 days from purchase

Case-by-Case Consideration

We understand special circumstances arise. If you have a unique situation, contact us and we'll review your case individually. We aim to be fair and reasonable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at saivinod@arake.app
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide the date and amount of purchase
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your request

We will respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Cancellation

Since Aṛake uses one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Your credits remain available until used or expired as per the pack terms.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using purchased credits, please contact us. We will either resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.
